Language Assistant, Apprentice

We are looking for someone whose University is willing to offer an " **Apprenticeship Contract/Alternance** ".

As a Language Assistant, you will take an active role in ensuring Students' educational success and satisfaction with their English course through excellent customer service and study advice. You will be a key player in the center.

You will help students reach their objectives by providing motivation and feedback during the learning process and following up on Students throughout their course.

The Language Assistant is responsible for monitoring customer satisfaction throughout the duration of the student's training. As such, he/she is in charge of the following missions:

- Work under the responsibility of the Service Manager;
- Welcome prospects and students
- Ensure a satisfactory level of active students
- Maintain the premises of the center in a state of cleanliness and organization
- Organize exam sessions
- Ensure the quality of service provided to clients of the center;
- Compliance with WSE procedures and methods;
Responsibilities may be modified and/or supplemented.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Contract
Contract length: 12 months
Part-time hours: 24 per week

**Salary**: 900.00€ per month
