**Vos missions au quotidien **:Vous êtes convaincu que les modèles (au sens large ) sont bien partis pour s’ancrer dans le paysage des institutions financières et vous voulez participer à l’aventure ?En tant que Expert Model and Regulatory Framework vous participez à la définition des standards de modélisation pour le groupe. Un quotidien stimulant, des contacts réguliers avec l’international, une diversité de sujets qui laisse place à l’innovation, un positionnement central face aux nouveaux enjeux stratégiques liées aux évolutions réglementaires. Bref, de vrais challenges à relever tous les jours Au quotidien, vous : Participez à la définition d’un cadre homogène de principes et de méthodes à l'échelle du Groupe et assurez sa diffusion Vous assurez que les normes internes intègrent les dernières évolutions réglementaires et les attentes des superviseurs. A cette fin, vous suivez et évaluez l’impact des dernières évolutions réglementaires sur les normes internes, vous pouvez être amené à proposer des ajustements de la norme en cas d’impact Participez aux réunions de place pour vous tenir informé et représenter les intérêts du groupe Apportez un support normatif et méthodologique aux équipes développeuses de modèles Contribuez aux sollicitations méthodologiques ponctuelles des régulateurs ou internes autour des modèles, contribution aux projets réglementaires / normatifs Groupe correspondants - En fonction des sujets, vous pouvez également contribuer à des initiatives transversales au sein de l’équipe de gestion du risque de modèle.
**Et si c’était vous **:Vous êtes diplômé d’un Bac + 5 (École d’Ingénieur ou Commerce), avec au minimum 5 ans d'expérience dans le développement, l’utilisation, la validation ou l’audit de modèles de risques IRB Cette expérience est idéalement enrichie d’une connaissance de la réglementation (Bâle 2 / 3 / 4, EBA / BCE Guidelines) et / ou d’une pratique opérationnelle dans la gestion des risques Vous aimez relever des défis et sortir de votre zone de confort, vous avez une appétence importante pour les aspects techniques liés à la modélisation Vous avez une appétence pour les sujets réglementaires et vous savez interpréter et décliner les textes Vous démontrez une vraie capacité rédactionnelle et vous savez synthétiser des sujets techniquement complexes Vous êtes à l’aise pour interagir avec les parties prenantes du processus de modélisations et faire ressortir des positions communes I heard you speak English?
