**MISSION**

Vous serez intégré(e) à la Division Camera dans une équipe organisée en Scrum composée d'ingénieurs Traitement d'Images, de Photographes et de Project Leads. Vous participerez au développement de notre suite d'outils, allant de la conception de nouveaux produits en collaboration avec les Product Owners, jusqu'au déploiement de ces produits, que ce soit en interne ou chez le client. Vos responsabilités seront de proposer, designer, estimer, développer, documenter, tester, déployer, maintenir et améliorer des fonctionnalités de nos produits. Vous pourrez aussi être amené à encadrer des développeurs juniors ou des développeurs externes sur certains projets. Les fonctionnalités sur lesquelles vous serez amené à intervenir sont:

- Framework de protocoles d'évaluation
- Assistance à l'évaluation perceptuelle
- Solutions de pilotage automatiques de laboratoires, contrôle des instruments
- Interfaces utilisateurs et optimisation de l'UX (web et logiciel)
- Système de licences et gestion/stockage des données
- Nouvelles solutions de mesure de qualité image

**PROFIL**

Ingénieur en Développement Logiciel avec une expérience d'au moins 3 ans en développement fullstack, vous maîtrisez plusieurs langages de programmation avec une expertise avérée en Python et avez une expérience significative de pilotage de développeurs à distance. Les compétences recherchées incluent:

- Programmation orientée objet (principalement Python)
- Connaissance des design patterns courant en développement logiciel
- Expérience en développement web via des frameworks JavaScript tels que Vue.js ou React.
- Expérience en qualité logicielle, tests unitaires, tests de non-régression, etc.
- Maitrise des outils liés au développement full stack:

- Outils d'intégration continue
- Maitrise d'outils DevOps et des pipelines CI/CD
- Gestionnaire d'artefacts
- Fiabilité, autonomie, rigueur, sens du résultat et altruisme
- Aisance communicationnelle et rédactionnelle en français et en anglais
- Connaissance sur les bases de données SQL et NoSQL
- Notions en sécurité/authentification et configuration de serveurs web
- Connaissance sur les différentes licences open source existantes et les restrictions qui s'y appliquent
- Expérience sur du traitement d'images (computer vision) ou des solutions de Machine Learning
- Enthousiasme pour la photographie numérique
