- Then come and join our (4-person) Payroll and Administration group within the ILL's HR Service, responsible for payroll and administration for the Institute's employees.

**Your tasks**
You will work in an open-plan office (with up to 4 work stations), making it easy to interact with team members on a day-to-day basis. You will therefore:
- Prepare monthly salaries, including social security contributions and obligatory legal declarations
- Manage employees' arrivals, departures, absences (sickness, paid leave, "RTT" compensatory leave), working hours and activities (overtime, on-call duties)
- Ensure relations with the French social security and with the organisations which administer the supplementary health insurance and the provident fund scheme
- Monitor staff numbers, cross-charging, and calculation of staff costs
- Compilation of data for reporting purposes (dashboards, statistics, reports, etc.)
- Front-desk reception to assist staff with queries.
**Your profile**
- You have a Level 3 qualification (A levels, advanced apprenticeship or equivalent) or Level 5 qualification (foundation degree, HND, NVQ or equivalent). You are studying for a Level 5 qualification (foundation degree, HND, NVQ or equivalent) or a bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Human Resources, specialising in payroll management or equivalent.
- Knowledge of English is desirable.
- You have a strong service-oriented attitude and a curious mind; you are a good listener and are able to work independently.
