**Retail Assistant Internship**

We are looking for our Europe Retail Assistant for Editions de Parfum Frédéric Malle and Kilian Paris to join the Retail & Education Team.

**Your missions**:

- Business Follow-up _
- Follow up and Analyze daily and weekly performance data
- HR _
- Assemble Variable Pay Elements (commission)
- Order _
- Manage POSM Orders follow-up for Lyon, Marseille, Deauville, Switzerland and Germany
- Meeting preparation _
- France monthly manager meeting preparation + invitation
- Education
- Organization of trainings
- Clienteling/CRM support_
- Manage BK Refill follow-up
- Manage BK thank you card activation
- Admin _
- Manage Office stock Retail
- Marketing asset (newsness displayer etc ) shipment arrangement
- Other Europe_
- POSM order/planning/sales performance follow-up for Germany + Switzerland

The missions are likely to evolve according to the needs of the service.

**Qualifications** QUALIFICATIONS**:

- Business School's degree or equivalent
- First Retail experience required
- Affinity with the Retail World and appetite for figures and analyzes
- English and French writing and oral fluency required
- Excellent communication and multiple taksing skills
- Rigor, dynamism, team spirit, proactivity and solution driven
- Proficiency in the Office : Outlook, Word, Excel and Power Point pack
