- Missions:
During your internship, you will investigate the feasibility of implementing a real-time embedded variant of estimation algorithms under development for Fuel cell systems based on Physics-Informed Neural Networks (PINNs).- You will develop and integrate PINN algorithms on concrete targets, comparing their performance with unreduced PINN models. This will require implementing the PINN models on embedded hardware platforms and evaluating their performance in terms of accuracy, speed, and resource usage.
In addition, you will explore existing solutions to select the most suitable platforms and set up a development workflow among evaluation boards such as Google Coral AI Edge TPU, Hailo 8 and Nvidia Jetson Nano.
Furthermore, you will provide a functional and validated prototype on reference datasets. This will require testing and validating the PINN models on real-world datasets, and demonstrating their functionality and performance in a realistic setting. You will document your work and present your results to the research team.-
