**Quelles seront vos missions ?**:
- **Conseiller **nos clients en tant qu'Architecte référent sur la solution ServiceNow et l'ensemble de ses verticaux (ITSM, CSM, HR, SPM, ITOM, ITAM, SECOPS...), pour définir la roadmap de leur transformation digitale sur la plateforme.
- **Construire et développer **la stratégie de développement informatique et de la gestion de l'information auprès de nos clients, en répondant à leurs besoins et en tenant compte de leurs contraintes.
- **Garantir **la qualité des développements et leur cohérence avec les meilleures pratiques de l'éditeur, au travers notamment des revues de code pour les projets en cours.
- **Coordonner **techniquement les membres de l'équipe pluridisciplinaire et les parties prenantes au projet, afin d'assurer une collaboration efficace tout au long des phases de développement, de test et de déploiement.
- **Animer **des réunions quotidiennes avec les parties prenantes au projet, visant à les informer de son état d'avancement.
- **Accompagner **les membres de votre équipe dans la résolution des problématiques techniques complexes, **coordonner et orienter **l'action collective pour y parvenir.
- **Identifier **des opportunités nouvelles au sein des comptes sur lesquels vous êtes amené à intervenir, **savoir **vous positionner comme un Business Partner.
- **Valoriser **votre expertise en la partageant dans le cadre d'actions de Recrutement, d'avant-vente, et d'événements internes et externes.

**Et si demain, c'était vous ?**:
- Vous êtes de formation Bac +5 en informatique, et possédez une expérience d'au moins 5 ans sur ServiceNow dans un environnement de conseil
- Vous avez occupé un poste aux responsabilités techniques similaires dans des environnements agiles : réalisation et déploiement de projets sur différents modules ServiceNow (ITSM, CSM, SPM, SECOPS, ITOM, ITAM...), expérience des API et des projets de conception, de transformation et de transition de l'intégration des services
- L'apport de valeur auprès de clients vous intéresse, et vous appréciez les challenges autour du consulting
- A l'aise en anglais, vous êtes capable d'échanger sur des problématiques techniques complexes dans un environnement international
- Vos qualités relationnelles vous permettent de vous épanouir dans un collectif : vous êtes force de proposition, orienté solution et savez faire preuve de leadership Idéalement, vous avez une ou plusieurs certifications ServiceNowVous vous reconnaissez dans cette opportunité ?
