The MH Academy department is looking for an apprentice (F/M) for one year starting September 2023.

Within this framework, you will have the opportunity to work on a variety of missions:

- **Management of MH Academy Ecosystem**
- Ensure content management (Brands, products, category content, medias & texts) to ensure optimal usage in coordination with Maisons / Regions.
- Make sure to maintain a coherence with all existing MH sales solutions and help maximize the synergies inside MH from marketing & sales perspectives.
- **Monitor and follow up MH Academy tools usage**
- Monitor tools usage by sales teams in markets in collaboration with Academy Local & Regional teams.
- Follow up KPIs, satisfaction surveys.
- **Prepare communication plan and manage it with MH Academy teams across global & local communities.**
- **Support & coordination missions**:

- Ensure support to the Academy team.
- Help to set up International Academy events.

**Profile**:
**Education & experience**:

- Business or Engineering School, College degree
- Experience in project management is a strong advantage
- Good knowledge of Excel or Power BI can make the difference.

**Languages**:
Fluent english is a must, French or another language is a plus

**Personal & interpersonal skills**:

- Proactivity in an international and multi-brands environment.
- Skills in project management: coordination, synthesis & analysis capacities.
- Analytics mindset and at ease with figures.
- Autonomous, organized and rigorous.
- Communication skills, pedagogic approach and service oriented.
