The compressor Package Leader is responsible for the management of all aspects of the contract with the selected compressor vendor for the whole duration of the project Interface with all the project entities to ensure a smooth progress of the work of all packages Coordinate the technical support from HQ such as TEC/MEC or external specialist Anticipate and coordinate the inspection needs with TEC/SEI to ensure mobilization on time of the relevant personnel In charge of managing the interface between the compressor package and all the other project stakeholders Be the project representative in Europe and will support other packages as required when activities are performed in Europe (Inspection, FAT ) Demonstrate exemplary behavior with regards to HSE rules and requirements Ensure implementation of the HSE rules and requirements within his/her perimeter of responsibilities and that all the activities are performed with the highest level of consideration to HSE risk management Promote safety awareness at all level through exemplary and pro-active attitude within Project team and Contractor/Subcontractors’ team Be the Project Representative for the Compressor Supply contract Ensure a permanent, efficient and constructive communication with the Compressor Vendor Counterpart Anticipate potential issues and report it to the project manager with mitigation proposals Supervise the compressor vendors activities from PO placement to Delivery at site, and avoid any planning slippage Follow closely and report the progress of the work, including achievement of the payment milestones Report any Quality or HSE concern to the project manager Ensure the document review is performed in due time by COMPANY’s specialists Ensure the ITP is respected by both Compressor Vendor and Company Coordinate timely mobilization of Company’s inspector to respect ITP requirements Participate to the various project coordination meetings Anticipate Variation Request from Compressor Vendor and provide guidance to project manager accordingly Ensure interface management process is implemented and respected by Compressor vendor Be a relay of the project manager for any activities related to the Project in Europe Assist in closure of PR findings related to the Compressor Package Supervise SITE activities related to the compressor package Work closely with the project manager and the other packages leaders To gather ‘lessons learnt’ and provide feedback to other entities as required Compressor delivery as per planning and within the budget Interface management to ensure smooth execution without delay or budget impact Efficient coordination with all entities inside and outside the project organization as needed Anticipation of issues and making the relevant proposal to mitigate consequences Professional Experience: minimum 10 years in the oil & gas industry incl. an experience in project execution, an experience with rotating machinery is preferred Experience in an international environment is preferred Fluency in English Capable of handling the relevant IT tools (Office pack ) Qualifications: university or regional college studies within engineering
