**Job description**:
AMI est à la recherche d'un.e nouveau.lle Store Manager pour sa boutique parisienne située Rue d'Alger (quartier Saint Honoré).

En tant que Store Manager, vous êtes responsables des opérations de la boutique afin d'atteindre les résultats du point de vente tout en garantissant le service client.

**MISSIONS**:

- Management direct des équipes de vente, motivation et coaching sur le floor afin d’atteindre les objectifs donnés,
- Motivation des équipes de vente au quotidien, développer la culture d’entreprise AMI afin de garantir un environnement de travail harmonieux et motivant
- Suivi des KPI’s de la boutique et de l’équipe afin d’atteindre les objectifs qualitatifs et quantitatifs
- Participation au recrutement de son équipe
- Reporting direct au Retail Manager France
- Gestion des plannings de la boutique et suivi des congés afin que le staff soit suffisant pour garantir le bon fonctionnement de la boutique.
- Garanti que le service offert aux clients répond aux standards du service in store AMI afin de garantir le meilleur service possible
- Fidélisation de la clientèle et développement du fichier client
- Participe activement à toutes les opérations CRM en cours
- Suivi des flux de marchandises, vérification des livraisons, sorties de stock, prêts, défectueux, transferts, inventaires tournants, livraison en attente
- Participation active aux inventaires fiscaux de la boutique. Le Store Manager est responsable des résultats de sa boutique.
- Gestion des uniformes et du respect des guidelines
- Animation de briefs quotidiens
- Gestion du stock afin d’assurer que le potentiel de ventes est maximisé
- Supervise les opérations de caisse

**Job requirements**:

- Vous justifiez **d'une solide expérience **de management & vente dans le secteur du Prêt-à-Porter haut de gamme et connaissez les techniques de vente.
- Vous êtes **souriant.e, dynamique, impliqué.e et doté.e d'excellentes qualités relationnelles**.
- Vous avez le goût du travail en équipe et le sens du résultat.
- Vous avez un sens développé du **service client** et prenez du plaisir à satisfaire les besoins de la clientèle.
- Vous avez une **forte sensibilité pour la mode** et une bonne connaissance du secteur et de ses tendances.
- La pratique de** l'anglais** est indispensable et celle d'une autre langue un véritable atout.
