**Assistant Business Coordinator - Your future position?**

As a member of the Unilever Commercial Team, reporting to the World Account Manager, you will be the Administrative lead to the UL WAM and Home Care Global Business Director, Coordinator to the Fabric Conditioner Category working with the GFD, as well work with the UL Global Supply Chain Manager - with responsibility for the EU Pricing deployment to our client partners and their 3PM Partners.

In this exciting hybrid role, you will have the responsibility of performing complex and important administrative tasks to support the Global, Home Care, and EU Supply Chain requirements, as well work polyvalently with other UL Commercial Assistants to support across the UL Departments.

**In this challenging role, your main responsibilities will include**:

- Management & Project Administration
- Coordinate programs/special projects related to the business objective and needs of UL Senior Management, incl:

- Sales data retrieval and reporting
- Givaudan Competitor / UL Client results reporting
- UL Business Unit new wins / launch capture and communication
- Support content generation and presentations for internal and client meetings / events
- Supply Chain / EU Pricing
- Identify issues, use resources to determine the best course of action, and implement solutions, with the Supply Chain Manager and team leads (Sales, Customer Care, Operations, Manufacturing)
- Communicate and deploy promptly Pricing updates to UL Client and 3PM partners
- Events and Meetings
- Organising UL Senior Management work and travel schedules, as well external corporate events and meetings
- Support visitor management of external / internal / overseas guests
- Attend sales meetings to stay up-to-date on developments within the sales organisation
- Team Administration
- Support internal team meeting organisation
- Communicate HR announcements relating to global UL team structure and appointments
- Respond to ad-hoc requests from management/clients on account related matters

**You?**
- Academic Background
- Degree in Business Administration or Finance or Information Systems or any related fields
- Excellent command of the English language (spoken/written)
- Experience
- Overall work experience of 3 to 5 years in Sales, Customer Service or Marketing
- 1 to 2 years of experience in similar role
- Experience in a multinational environment preferred
- Technical Skills
- Good command in MS Office, SMS and MRP tools
- Good command in mathematics
- Good negotiation skills
