**JOB DESCRIPTION**

MKI is currently looking for a Romanian and English speaking Market analyst for a project in medical field (in Romania) to conduct interviews and research.

The analyst will be in charge of:

- Conducting primary research: conducting field and telephone interviews (with market experts, clients, prospects, etc.)
- Conducting secondary research: researching sector-specific information in databases, websites, and other secondary resources.
- Production of analyses: drafting of market studies and satisfaction surveys, modeling of market size estimates in Excel, etc.

**BASIC & PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS**
- At least: University graduate (Master’s in International Business or LEA preferably with a background in management, economics, international relations) or university graduate of other professions with a first experience in the market research sector or in consulting
- Ideal: First experience in performing market studies and conducting interviews with experts (cold and scheduled calls)
- First experience in the health sector
- A fluent English and Romanian, oral and written, is essential
- Ability to research, analyze and summarize
- Relational skills and perseverance, aptitude, and taste for negotiation
- Dynamic and thorough work
- Spirit of initiative and autonomy
- Very good experience with office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)

**RECRUITMENT PROCESS**
- 1st selection based on CV
- Interview (online or in MKI's office) including case studies (e.g., estimation of the size of a market, simulation of an interview) and language tests

- French : Nice to have
