We are working with a fast growing medtech startup based in Lyon who is looking for an MRI Engineer to join the team.

**What’s the opportunity?**

To support their growth and expansion to the next stage, they are looking for an MRI Engineer to join the team in France. You will support, train and advise their veterinary clients to use their MRI systems most efficiently, carrying out scans and developing new protocols for pets and helping pave the future of better MRI within pet healthcare.

**The role**:

- You will be delivering state-of-the-art solutions to their customers. You have an ability to understand the needs of the customer, and present unique customized solutions based on our products, which exceeds customer expectations.
- You will be an important part of a team within international business, development and integration of image processing software for medical imaging for MRI.
- Develop and maintain excellent direct relationships with key customers, supporting them on site or remotely such as setting parameters for MRIs, developing and updating field-specific protocols, adapting and optimizing equipment to customer needs.
- Contribute to the company's R&D activities, in particular by participating in the development of new products for pets.

**What you’ll need**:

- Experience as an MRI Engineer, a plus if in the veterinary services field
- Qualified as an MRI Engineer
- You are degree qualified in Biomedical/Medical Engineering, Clinical Engineering, Biology, Radiology Technology, Anatomy, Physics or other relevant disciplines.
- Great communication skills, enabling you to clearly explain MRI procedures and expectations at every step of the process.
- Great attention to detail
- A sense of humor is welcome
