Housekeeping Coordinator

The Peninsula houses 200 luxurious rooms, including 93 suites. Working alongside a high profile and prestigious team, The Peninsula Paris is seeking a Housekeeping Coordinator.

**Key accountabilities**:

- Ensures the hiring, training, motivating, mentoring and development of department members
- Perform all administrative duties of the department,
- Ensure office phone lines
- Control the management of forgotten objects
- Create a comfortable environment to deliver quality service
- Assist housekeepers and their assistants in their requests
- Follow the checklists for opening and closing the service and be proactive in customer requests
- Monitor staff punctuality and ensure standard grooming
- Organize everyone’s work and distribute their tasks according to the schedule posted for a smooth running of the service
- Track service requests in Hotsos
- Administrative monitoring of contracts in relation to the personnel department

**General requirements**:

- 2 years experience in a similar field
- Curiosity and open-mindedness
- Team management skills
- Fluent both in French and English (third language appreciated)
- Knowledge and practice of IT tools
- Strong customer focus
- Availability, dynamism, responsiveness and autonomy
- Developed attention to detail
