**Description du poste**: Calzedonia France, filiale directe du groupe Oniverse (Calzedonia, Intimissimi, Tezenis, Falconeri, Atelier Eme, Signorvino, Antonio Marras, Pardo), recherche un spécialiste de la prévention des pertes pour nos 330 boutiques en France.

Vos missions seront les suivantes:

- Rédaction et mise en place de procédures de contrôle en boutiques (bonne gestion caisse, démarques connues et inconnues, politique d’annulation et de retour )
- Analyse des données et réalisation de rapports sur les indicateurs de risque et de fraude (mise en évidence des faiblesses identifiées) et recommandations à faire
- Formation à la prévention des pertes pour les conseillers/conseillères en boutiques et la force de vente
- Formulation de propositions d’actions vis-à-vis des cas identifiés

Le poste concerne toutes nos boutiques en France pour nos 4 marques (Calzedonia, Tezenis, Intimissimi et Falconeri). Le siège est basé à Paris 5 mais des déplacements sont à prévoir (minimum 2 fois par semaine).
**Profil recherché**:

- Vous avez 2/3 ans d’expérience sur un poste similaire
- Vous êtes diplômé(e) en droit, en économie ou en gestion d'entreprise de préférence
- Vous parlez anglais couramment, l’italien serait un plus
- Vous avez de très bonnes compétences analytiques (Excel obligatoire)
- Vous avez un bon relationnel, êtes organisé(e) et flexible

Vous aurez une formation d’un mois (en France et en Italie) afin de vous accompagner au mieux dans cette belle mission.
