Au sein du département Project Management Office de la Direction des Programmes et de la Performance (BSY/DPP), le Project Management Officer (PMO) agit en co-équipier du chef de projet au sein de la core team projet.

Au profit d'un Programme (ou Département Programme), le PMO a en charge de:

- Contribuer à la structuration des programmes (contrats, offres, projets autofinancés,...),
- Assurer le management des délais, des coûts et des risques & opportunités des

Programmes dans un environnement complexe,
- Assurer la planification de la charge des Programmes et des métiers (Ingénieries, Soutien et

Production) pour les contrats en cours d'exécution, les projets autofinancés et des offres commerciales,
- Contribuer, au sein des équipes programmes, au pilotage et à la tenue de tableaux de bord,

ainsi qu'à la fourniture d'éléments nécessaires aux reporting,
- Animer la maîtrise des risques & opportunités.

**Profil / Compétences requises**:

- Titulaire d'un diplôme BAC+5, vous justifiez d'au moins 5 ans d'expérience en conduite de projets complexes, contrats, gestion de projets (planning, coûts, synthèse projet),
- Maîtrise d'Excel & Pack Office (la maîtrise de VBA et Power BI est un plus),
- Maîtrise de logiciels de planification (Sciforma, Planisware, MS Project),
- Bonne aptitude à la maîtrise et au développement des outils et méthodes.
- Travail en management transversal,
- Capacité de leadership vis-à-vis des équipes projets réalisatrices, bon relationnel, enthousiasme, persévérance, autonomie et rigueur sont des atouts indispensables pour réussir dans vos missions,
- Bonne capacité de résistance au stress / à gérer la pression,
- Les certifications IPMA ou PMI sont un plus.
