**HEAD HOUSEKEEPER - PRIVATE LUXURY VILLA ROQUEBRUNE CAP MARTIN**

**CANDIDATES BASED IN SOUTH OF FRANCE ONLY**

**About the Villa**

The villa is located in Roquebrune-Cap-Martin.

This is a **LIVE OUT **position**.

**The project**

Flexibility is hence a key factor in this case.

You will be in-charge of supervising the housekeeping, Interior Management, Administrative & Assistant duties, etc. You would be working directly with Madame.

For the Housekeeping:

- You will be in-charge of vacuuming/cleaning floors, carpets, surfaces, etc.
- You will be in-charge of making the beds, changing linens, setting up the bedrooms and bathrooms, etc
- You will be in-charge of cleaning/sanitising bathrooms, showers, toilets, sinks, and counter-tops
- You will be in-charge of replenishing toiletries, towels, supplies, etc
- Ensuring the main areas as corridors, living rooms are always dusted, tidy and well organised in accordance to the owner's habits.

Most importantly, we would like a Housekeeper who understands the habits of the owners and their way of living.

For the Wardrobe & Inventory:

- You would be doing the inventory of new items coming into the villa regularly
- You will also be in charge of packing/unpacking suitcases for owners

Team Management:

- You would be in-charge of supervising & managing the members of the household team, schedule management, etc.
- Distribution of tasks, Communication with Principal (Madame), following-up on the instructions, etc.

For Service:

- You will be in-charge of meal services and you will assist the chef to organise the service of all meals
- Setting up and cleaning the dining table, ceramics, cutlery, etc, before and after the meals
- Serving the food and drinks as requested by the owners in a discreet & professional manner
- Ensuring a discreet execution of 'Meal Service' without being noticed by the owners, behind the scenes

**Desired profile**
- You must be very **autonomous** and **able to report** and **respect your hierarch**y** at the same time.
- We are looking for someone who is **passionate** about service and likes to work in private households.
- ** Previous experience as a Head housekeeper or as a Housekeeper is MANDATORY.**:

- You are** NOT allergic to cats**, you are animal friendly as there are animals on the property
- You are **comfortable** in **housekeeping**, **service** and **laundry**.
- You are a **multitasking person** and **flexible**, able to follow the processes that are already implemented and able to be reactive when facing something unusual.
- You are a **smiling and positive person**, you respect confidentiality and you are trust-worthy and **discreet**. You have a positive attitude generally speaking and you have a great sense of human relationship, communication comes with an ease.
- You are organized and you know how to prioritize your tasks during the day, you equally know how to balance different rhythms, especially winter/autumn compared to summer season and especially when the Villa is occupied/unoccupied.
- You are always on time and present well, you make sure that your appearance is always clean and professional
- You **MUST speak English. French is a plus.**:

- You **MUST have **a driving license** as **you can not access the Villa easily, public transport option can not be considered.**:

- You DO NOT HAVE A CRIMINAL RECORD, you are honest and trustworthy.

**Salary** : € 3500 to €4500 net/month (To be discussed orally, based on profile & experience)

**Contract**: Permanent contract (Monegasque) If you prefer to start with a fixed-term CDD contract, that is also a possibility

2 days off per week, not necessarily weekends

Flexibility is required when owners are in the Villa, you will catch up on the following weeks if current week is busy.
