The Workplace Coordinator will be part of a Local Workplace team and support day-to-day operation of the Sophia Office to ensure professional way befitting a world leading organisation serving both ARM’s staff and its visitors. We expect 100% working time to be spent in office.
**Responsibilities**:
- Support and delivery of all local day-to-day Workplace services within the office;
- Main Front of House operation to ensuring visitors and collaborators have a positive experience;
- Assist in space planning, seating arrangements, and office layout adjustments;
- Handle incoming service requests from employees and address them efficiently;
- Manage and support of Physical Security operation to ensure compliance to global standards (Badge handling, reporting, etc.);
- Organizational support for corporate and local events;
- Incoming and outgoing post and shipments;
- Ensure effective management of meeting rooms;
- Delivery of onboarding and inductions to new employees;
- Supervise and handle office supplies, furniture, and equipment inventory;
- Support project delivery for small and minor works.
**Required Skills and Experience**:
- Some experience or interest in office management experience such as: space management, office relocation, coordinating, and/or working within a small team of administrative staff;
- Understanding of Service Level Agreements (SLA’s) and associated performance monitoring techniques;
- Some experience of workplace health and safety requirements;
- Good interpersonal and communication skills;
- Proficient in Office 365 and interest to learn relevant Workplace tools and systems.
