Cristóbal Balenciaga fonde sa Maison en 1917 dans son pays natal, l’Espagne. En 1937, il établit sa marque à Paris et y conçoit ses collections jusqu’en 1968. Cristóbal Balenciaga, en tant que Couturier, proposait une création exigeante et avait la réputation de ne faire aucun compromis ce qui lui valut d’être désigné par Christian Dior comme « le maître à tous » et comme « le couturier des couturiers » par Gabrielle Chanel. Les formes ultra-modernes sont devenues la signature de la Maison. Si l’identité de la Maison est avant tout ancrée dans son prêt-à-porter conceptuel, ses collections de maroquinerie, chaussures et autres accessoires connaissent également un succès mondial. Les sacs de la Maison sont d’ailleurs devenus des icônes de la maroquinerie d’aujourd’hui. Lancées pour l’Été 2017, les collections prêt-à-porter Homme Balenciaga ont rapidement été couronnées de succès à l’international.

Depuis octobre 2015, Demna est directeur artistique et conçoit l’ensemble des collections de la Maison. La Maison Balenciaga, qui appartient au Groupe Kering depuis 2001, est l’un des noms les plus influents du monde de la mode.

Nous sommes actuellement à la recherche d’un Chef de Projet Retail Activation Global qui reportera au Head of Retail Performance.

**Job Description**:

- Votre opportunité_

Au sein du département Retail Excellence, rattaché au Head of Retail Performance, vous aurez pour principal objectif de planifier et conduire les initiatives commerciales mondiales et régionales en accord avec l'image et la stratégie de la marque.
- Votre contribution_

Initiatives commerciales
- Agir en tant que point de contact clé entre le siège et les régions pour mettre en œuvre des initiatives commerciales ad hoc au niveau du magasin, du pays ou de la région afin d'atteindre les objectifs commerciaux.
- Analyser les résultats et le retour sur investissement des événements commerciaux et assurer le suivi des plans d'action.
- Collaborer avec les régions pour l'organisation et la mise en œuvre d'évènements de vente au détail, tout en assurant la liaison avec l'équipe chargée de l'engagement des clients au niveau mondial pour la validation de l'image.
- Collaborer avec l'équipe chargée de l'engagement des clients pour mettre en œuvre des actions spécifiques par catégorie de clients (initiatives visant à recruter ou à conserver des clients locaux, à recruter des VIC, à accroître la fidélité, etc.)
- Collaborer avec l'équipe Retail Excellence pour concevoir et mettre en œuvre de nouveaux projets.

Lancements de produits et de collections
- Agir en tant que point de contact clé pour toutes les questions relatives au lancement de produits.
- Communiquer la documentation interne sur la stratégie de lancement de tous les produits et collections aux partenaires du siège et aux régions.

Market Intelligence
- Surveiller en permanence le paysage concurrentiel en visitant les régions et en entretenant des conversations régulières sur l'analyse comparative avec les marchés locaux.

Aide à la préparation des Business Review
- Vous êtes_
- Dans le domaine du retail, et disposez d’une expérience significative en tant que Project Manager où vous avez eu à gérer des relations avec des interlocuteurs multiples dans un contexte multiculturel.
- Rigoureux, organisé et autonome.
- Un personne dotée d'un bon relationnel, d'excellente capacité d'adaptation et d'un fort esprit d'initiative.
- Un expert du Pack Office et vous maitrisez l'anglais.
