**About You**

We are looking for a results-oriented Product Owner. Product Owners at Radix help product/technology teams to deliver incredible value to our customers and the business every day. We "pay to learn" first and foremost to ensure our development teams are building the right products and solutions. Your expertise in translating that learning into concise, well-written epics and stories is crucial to our success. You would be working directly for the Radix office in Prishtina.

**What You'll Do**
- Work closely with the Product Owner's Lead and Product Designers to deeply understand the problems we are solving for customers
- Product Owners at Radix are responsible for working with developers to ensure the success of each agile sprint
- Maintain a discovered, groomed and sized backlog for the next three sprints
- Collaborate with other Product Owners to transform prototypes and associated discovery into vertically-sliced stories for the software developers
- Measure metrics that matter to inform the success of new products and features

**Skills & Experience**
- Some serious writing skills and the ability to deeply understand the software development implications of new product and features.
- You are obsessed with creating great products that enrich and improve the lives of Radix customers across the country.
- You can anticipate all the scenarios that should be considered when building high quality and delightful software.
- You are adept at technical and product research as well as translating that research into actionable stories.
- You also possess truly inspiring communication skills and are constantly iterating on your communication methods to be as effective as possible.
- You realize that without your guidance our software teams will not meet their goals of aggressively improving the lives of our customers.
- 1+ years working in a technology-based product organization in the roles of product designer, product manager, or product owner
- Participate in discovery sessions with customers and internal stakeholders to deeply understand and empathize with their pain points
- Work with Engineering to plan and build new products and features
- Work with QA to test and debug new products and features
- Work with customer-facing teams to diagnose and prioritize bugs
- Get your hands dirty - doing any job on the team necessary to build and ship a successful product
- Passion for products, software, technology, and business
- Solid experience with agile software delivery methodologies
