Vos missions clés ?- Développer l’image de la marque Ricard auprès des clients et des consommateurs définis comme prioritaires et apporter son expertise produit en interne et en externe.- Eduquer et former, dans le respect de la stratégie de marque établie par la Direction Marketing, les personnels des établissements stratégiques pour la marque (bartenders, cavistes, sommeliers, serveurs, maîtres d’hôtel, hôtesses, lycées hôteliers, force de vente Distributeurs) et les consommateurs cibles, leaders d’opinion, influenceurs, journalistes presse professionnelle (Masterclass).- Développer le relationnel et mettre en place des plans d’affaires dans chaque établissement Hors Domicile stratégique et auprès des forces de ventes distributeurs afin de développer l’exposition de la marque (formations, mentoring du personnel, perfect serve, visibilité).- Identifier des opportunités du type événements, salons, manifestations etc. propices à l’exposition de la marque et dans le respect de la stratégie commerciale et marketing.- Développer & animer un réseau de leaders d’opinion sur la marque.- Mettre en œuvre la stratégie digitale en utilisant les outils digitaux (Chatter / communication des best practices).- Être ambassadeur de Pernod Ricard et de ses marques dans le cadre d’un comportement responsable.
