**We Are On The Hunt For A Chief Technology Officer (CTO)**:*Your role will be pivotal in shaping the tech vision and direction of ArcaScience. Direct our AI endeavors, spearhead the growth of our search capabilities, and lead a team of innovative developers and engineers.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Strategic Leadership**: Guide the technological vision, ensuring alignment with company goals.
- **Team Management**: Lead, mentor, and expand a team of developers, data engineers, and other tech professionals.
- **Technical Oversight**: Supervise and refine the development of APIs, ensure scalability, maintainability, and drive tech innovations.
- **Front and Back-end Development**: Enrich and evolve both the front and back-end infrastructure and features.
- **Collaboration**: Engage with other departments and stakeholders, ensuring tech solutions align with company requirements.
- **R&D Initiatives**: Spearhead research and development, particularly in NLP and machine learning domains.

**Ideal CTO Profile**:

- **Educational Foundation**: Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a closely related discipline. Comparable professional experience is also recognized.
- **Language Proficiency**: English communication skills. French proficiency is advantageous.
- **Technical Mastery**: Extensive experience with Python, Java, and JavaScript. Proven track record with RESTful architectures, NoSQL, DevOps, and front-end technologies such as Vue.Js
- **Leadership Excellence**: Demonstrated experience in leading tech teams and driving tech vision.
- **Adaptive Learning**: Acquaintance with advanced NLP and machine learning platforms (e.g., Spacy, Pytorch).
