Tech Chief of Staff Intern

In a little over two years, we’ve provided billions in funding to thousands of companies, expanded operations to ten countries in the US and Europe, and grown our team from four co-founders in May 2020 to 110 Capchasers today.

- Built an awesome culture.This intern will work closely with VP of Tech and the company’s Chief of Staff on the following:
**Build a communication strategy for the Tech team, by**:

- Reviewing all meetings and suggesting improvements or new structures
- Attending tech and cross-functional meetings and take notes, including key takeaways and action items and following up as needed
- Identifying tech topics to highlight at all hands meetings
- Finding areas of improvement in communication with other teams & implementing initiates to bridge communication gaps

**Planning**:

- Collaborate with VP of Tech to deliver, monitor and communicate progress on Tech team OKRs and KPIs

**Tech org structure**:

- Develop relationships with the broader tech org and identifies gaps in org structure and other area of improvement

**Tech industry research & best practices**:

- Conduct research on best practices in other tech organizations, including blogs, social media ideas, and recruitment processes

**What we are looking for**:

- 3 to 5 years’ experience in project management, consulting and/or strategy & Operations.
- Engineering or IT background with knowledge of tech organizations preferred.
- Currently pursuing a MBA or Masters at a top EU school.
- Has exceptional communication skills - you are proactive, organized, clear, and action-oriented
- Thrives In a fast-paced and ever-changing work environment
- Track record of organizing and directing multiple stakeholders
- Experience in project management - you have an innate tendency to find order in chaos by setting processes and have an ability to implement frameworks
