**Raison d'être de la mission**:
Nous recherchons un **Solution Design Engineer F/H **pour accompagner notre transition écologique et notre développement. Au sein de notre équipe Solution Design, vous interviendrez sur des projets **faisant appel à la totalité de l’offre XPO (transport dédié, distribution, warehousing, last mile )** et travaillerez à la consolidation de notre présence sur le marché multimodal. Ce dernier est clé car il constitue un pilier de stratégie de recours aux énergies alternatives et bas carbone.
**Missions**:
- Elaborer les offres commerciales à l'attention des différents prospects ou clients de l'entreprise (chiffrage le plus précis possible de la prestation proposée en tenant compte de l'ensemble des variables du projet).
- Etre en mesure de travailler au sein d’une organisation mondiale, de sensibiliser les partenaires clés à la construction de solutions de transport efficaces et réalistes.
- Répondre aux appels d’offres (transactionnel et création de plans de transport) : qualification des données - analyse des flux défensifs - proposition de plans de transport adaptés aux besoins des clients et aux capacités de notre réseau - pré-cotation et consolidation des offre
- Mise en œuvre et déploiement des appels d'offres gagnés : sensibiliser les différents interlocuteurs - définir le calendrier de déploiement - transférer toutes les spécifications aux agences XPO (KPI, prix, accessoirisation, processus de commande, clause carburant... etc.)
- Intervenir au niveau de l'ingénierie process sur les activités existantes avec les clients afin d’optimiser les plans de transport, d’assurer la rentabilité d’XPO tout en maintenant la qualité du service
- Construire des solutions Supply Chain adaptées aux besoins des clients pour faire face aux enjeux de décarbonation.
**Profil recherché**:
**De formation supérieure Bac+5 (école de commerce, école d'ingénieur) avec une spécialisation en Logistique-Transport**, vous justifiez d’une première expérience professionnelle significative dans la gestion de projet, idéalement acquise au sein d’une organisation mondiale.
Evoluant dans un environnement international, **la maitrise de l’Anglais est impérative à l’écrit comme à l’oral.**
Vous êtes reconnu pour votre capacité de négociation et êtes rompus à l’exercice d’une offre commerciale technique et personnalisée.
Rigueur, sens du service, capacité d’analyse et de synthèse sont également des éléments de réussite et d’autonomie dans le pilotage de ces projets.
