Erplain est une start-up tech B2B. Avec des clients dans plus de 40 pays, Erplain est un logiciel en ligne de gestion des ventes et des stocks dédié aux TPE. Installée au cœur d’Inovallée à Meylan, vous pourrez profiter de l’environnement du Tarmac, pépinière de start-ups, dans lequel nous nous trouvons.

**Mission**

Sous la responsabilité du Manager support, le responsable support client est un spécialiste de nos produits, il est des interlocuteurs principaux que ce soit en avant-vente pour renseigner les prospects, mais aussi en après-vente pour assister et former les clients. La communication client se fait en Français et en Anglais.

Une étroite collaboration avec l’équipe produit sera nécessaire pour bien transmettre les demandes clients (bugs et demandes de fonctionnalité) mais aussi communiquer et expliquer les nouvelles fonctionnalités aux clients.

**Missions Avant-Vente**
- Accompagner les prospects pendant la mise en place de leur compte pendant leur période d’essai
- Suivis et relances des prospects jusqu'à la conclusion du cycle de vente. Renseigner notre outil CRM.

**Missions Après-Vente**
- Recherche : identification/recherche de bug pour transmettre aux développeurs
- Onboarding : Assister et former les clients lors de la mise en place de erplain (visio conférence)
- Analyse des besoins : Suivre et compiler les besoins des clients tout en respectant la stratégie de l’entreprise

**Missions Contenu - Self-Service**
- Création de contenu : Articles de support et création de **videos tutorielles** pour aider les utilisateurs de erplain à répondre à leurs questions et à se former sans l’assistance de notre équipe (self-service).

**Profil recherché **:De formation Bac+2 à Bac+5, vous êtes diplômé(e) d'une formation universitaire, ou d'une école de commerce. Qualifications:
**Qualifications indispensables**:

- Doté(e) de grandes qualités relationnelles et d’écoute pour être au contact direct de nos clients et enthousiasme naturel pour aider nos prospects et clients à trouver une solution à leurs problèmes
- Bilingue Anglais (oral et écrit)
- Compétences informatiques : Curiosité et attrait naturel pour les nouvelles technologies et les logiciels.

**Autres qualifications**:

- Personnalité curieuse, qui cherche constamment le pourquoi et le comment des choses afin d’identifier les problèmes des clients
- Esprit de synthèse pour reporter vos observations à l’équipe produit
- Autonomie et professionnalisme
- Vous avez une première expérience en relation clients (stages inclus)
- Polyvalent pour être à l’aise dans une startup
