**LA MISSION / MISSION STATEMENT**:
Au sein de notre équipe parisienne, nous recherchons un.e
**Project Support Assistant **qui aura pour mission de gérer des projets de A à Z dans le but de faciliter le meilleur service à nos équipes de livraison, en interne (Customer Success, Insights, Sampling, Sales, Scripting, etc.) et nos partenaires à l’externe.

Au bout de six mois, le stagiaire sera en mesure d'effectuer les tâches suivantes de manière autonome:

- Création de la documentation pour le lancement d’un projet
- Création de projets sur Wrike, notre outil de gestion de projets
- Configuration du tableau de bord, ce qui signifie:
1. Visualisation de la donnée

2. Suivi en temps réel des quotas

3. Codification des réponses ouvertes

4. Redressement de la donnée
- Vérifications, exportations et nettoyage de données
- Clôture et synthèse de projets
- Coordination avec les commerciaux et les autres équipes de livraison
- Optimisation et automatisation des process
- Gestion et suivi des compensations sur les réseaux sociaux
- Garant de la qualité des données livréesWithin our Paris team, we are looking for a
**Project Support Assistant** who will manage projects from A to Z in order to facilitate the best service to our delivery teams, internally (Customer Success, Insights, Sampling, Sales, Scripting, etc.) and our external partners.

By the sixth month, the intern will be able to perform the following tasks independently:

- Creation of documentation for the launch of a project
- Creation of projects on Wrike, our project management tool
- Transcription of questionnaires
- Configuration of the dashboard, which includes:
1. Data visualization

2. Real time quota tracking

3. Coding of open ended answers

4. Data adjustments
- Verifications, exports and data cleaning
- Project closure and synthesis
- Coordination with Sales and other delivery teams
- Optimization and automation of processes
- Management and follow-up of compensations on social networks
- Ensure the quality of delivered data

**PROFIL RECHERCHÉ / IDEAL PROFILE**:

- Capacité à prioriser, à l’aise avec la gestion simultanée de plusieurs projets
- ** Maîtrise de l’anglais et du français**:

- Vous êtes aussi efficace en équipe qu’en autonomie
- Vous avez de bonnes capacités de communication
- Bonne maîtrise d’Excel
- Une expérience avec un outil de gestion de projet est un atout
- Soucis du détail et résistance au stress

Le stage doit
**durer 6 mois à partir de juillet 2023**. Nous recherchons en priorité des étudiants en
**stage de fin d’études** pour avoir l'opportunité de les embaucher une fois leur stage terminé- Ability to prioritize: You are comfortable with managing multiple projects simultaneously
- ** Fluent in English and French**
- You are as effective in a team as you are autonomous
- You have strong communication skills
- Proficient in Excel
- Experience with a project management tool is an asset
- Attention to detail and stress resistance

The internship will last
**6 months starting in July 2023**. We are looking for students
**at the end of their studies** to have the opportunity to hire them once their internship is over
