Rebalance Tech is a start-up specializing in the development of an innovative device (Rebalance Impulse) that fights chronic stress, reduces sleep disorders, and improves well-being.

We are based in France (Sophia Antipolis), in the USA (Miami) and in the UAE (Dubai).

As Executive Assistant you will be responsible for providing support to the COO.

**We are currently looking for a fast-paced Personnal Assistant to join our team based in Sophia Antipolis with the possibility of being relocated to Dubai.**

**Missions**

Managing the COO’s agenda, organizing meetings, coordinating travel

Assisting in creating and editing social network content (Instagram, Linkedin)

Responsible for training customers in the use of the machine.

Collaborating with external HR on recruitment, establishment of employment contracts, hiring declarations, and monitoring of trial periods.

**Profile**

Fluent in french and english.

Minimum of 2+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant or personal assistant

You have strong attention to detail and high level of confidentiality

Passionate, enthusiastic and smiling person.

Strong organizational, project management and problem-solving skills with impeccable multi-tasking abilities.

Interpersonal skills

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: 29,000.00€ - 32,000.00€ per month
