**Financial Planning & Analysis (F/M)**

**Emploi à temps plein - Poste basé à la Défense**

Rattaché(e) au Senior Manager Finance, vous êtes un/une véritable business partner auprès des équipes force de vente de la Business unit France et prenez la responsabilité de l’analyse de la performance commercial de l’entreprise.

**Principales responsabilités**:

- Interlocuteur essentiel des directeurs commerciaux, vous les assistez dans la compréhension de leur marché et dans l’évolution produits et les challengez dans leur performance.
- Vous faites le suivi de l’activité des commerciaux (pression de visite, potentiel client).
- Vous définissez les objectifs de vente des commerciaux et mesurez leur performance.
- Vous êtes le garant du calcul des commissions de la force de vente.
- Vous participez à un projet majeur pour l’entreprise avec l’implémentation de l’outil Power BI pour la force de vente (Définition des besoins, création de rapports, formation des équipes commerciales).
- Vous participez à des projets transverses concernant la force de vente (Pricing, plan de commissions, rapport d’activité ).
- Vous êtes en lien étroit avec la direction marketing pour aider à comprendre l’évolution du marché et des produits.
- Enfin, vous participez de façon active à de nombreux projets transverses de l’entreprise (suivi des appels d’offre et des commandes hospitalières ).

**Expériences requises**:

- Une expérience confirmée de 5 ans en FP&A (dans un environnement international de préférence)
- Une expérience réussie en tant que business partner
- Formation de niveau Bac+5 : Master 2 en finance ou diplôme d’école de commerce
- Anglais courant
- Connaissance de Power BI souhaitée
