**Job Description**:
Responsible for leading a dedicated team of Major Accounts salespeople with the objective of growing collective market share by developing relationships and uncovering opportunities leading to sales defined target accounts as well as increasing share in existing Major Accounts. Collaborating within internal support teams and the dealer organization as a sales leader to define and implement industry strategies to win in defined markets. Champion Account Development Plans within the industry sectors defined within the team providing strategic definition and direction. Plans will be over a three year period to include strengths, weaknesses of the competition and our path to success, defining marketing, products and business solutions as needed. This position will be responsible for the relationship of the target assigned accounts and will utilize defined sales processes and customer relationship skills to ensure customer satisfaction.
The management of this program will drive uniform and consistent communication across the dealer network and increase share growth of the defined accounts in the Italy & Iberia region. This position is also responsible for providing forecasts, assisting with developing sales plans and marketing strategies, account development plan, structuring and executing contracts and effective team performance.
This position will also ensure communication and desire of the customer is heard internally to ensure growth within their customer base and for maintaining assigned account development plans, structuring, and executing contracts, and managing customer orders with the utmost quality and customer satisfaction move to key results.
- Key Accountabilities_
- Capture New Major Accounts as identified
- Responsible for increasing share in existing Major Account customers by deploying the target industry strategy
- Responsible for effective Management and Development of Team. This includes coaching, positioning and creation of effective development plans which drive employee growth and accountability.
- Knowledge Required_
- BS Degree in Business Management /related field or related business experience
- Minimum of 10 years relevant experience; Minimum of 10 years in Sales Management

- Excellent relationship building and communication skills
