**Job Summary**

Responsible for the product management activities of the Freewheel Marketplace team. Primary focus on Supply Side capabilities - ensuring new supply sources can be activated through the Marketplace, building compliance capabilities for premium inventory. Furthermore, this role will support the roll out of broader marketplace products in international markets. This role will own a product area within the Marketplace Suite of products but will also partners with other marketplace product managers to design and implement key features underpinning the Freewheel marketplace strategy across several investment areas: Marketplace Platform (Private and Exchange), Partner Tags and Programmatic Module. Supports the marketplace team in reaching the team objectives and keeps leadership team informed of key developments and issues in their areas of responsibilities. Partners with other product team members across Freewheel to successfully deliver on dependencies. Responsible for the relationship with engineering peers within the Marketplace team.

**Core Responsibilities**
- Plans and maintains the overall roadmap, strategy and objectives for a product area
- Owns coordination with other PMs to drive designs across use cases for that product area
- Owns the coordination with the ENG teams responsible for delivery of the product area
- Owns designs and implementation for key capabilities withing the Marketplace product suite
- Partners with Go-to-market teams for the release of key capabilities within the Marketplace product suite. Support international roll-out
- Internalizes and represents the Voice of the customer throughout the product lifecycle. Coordinates across other functional areas to secure buy-in to deliver on the defined end-to-end customer experience.
- Maintains updated view of key competitive changes.
- Participates in the strategic planning for enhancements to product content, pricing, packaging and features. Participate in defining product business and functional requirements.
- Leads concepts defining an end-to-end customer experience and expected full lifecycle costs.
- Contributes to the product vision across team and the organization.
- Conducts feasibility assessments, capability gap analysis (i.e., what is wanted vs. what is attainable).
- Manage change requests. Validates downstream deliverables and final offering (business acceptance testing).
- Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance.
- Regular, consistent and punctual attendance. Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) and overtime as necessary.
