Description du poste
Salomon veille aux besoins des pratiquants de sports de plein air depuis plus de **75 ans** et s’inscrit parmi les leaders internationaux de ce marché. La marque compte trois pôles d’importance : équipements de sports d’hiver, les vêtement et accessoires, la chaussure. Découlant d’un désir constant de se réinventer, la marque explore diverses pistes pour adresser les besoins consommateurs urbains. Salomon se sert du projet Lifestyle pour faire ses premiers pas vers ce nouveau profil de consommateur.
Le projet a vu le jour en **2015** à la suite d’une collaboration avec la boutique parisienne The Broken Arm. S’en est suivi le lancement d’un projet regroupant sept modèles de chaussures arborant le nom de code** « Black Edition »**. Au fil des ans, de nouveaux projets ont été lancés avec The Broken Arm, un partenariat a été établit avec le designer Boris Bidjan Saberi, et d’autres projets sont sur le point d’être présentés à la **Fashion Week** de juin.
Devant le succès de notre gamme et l’accroissement de la charge de travail que demandent les nouveaux projets, nous sommes à la recherche d’un contributeur pour la catégorie **Footwear Sportstyle**.
**Au sein de la Business unit Footwear, notre futur(e) **Chef de Produit Footwear Sportstyle** H/F,** aura pour missions de**:
Ce poste de cette alternance chez Salomon agit comme support au sein de l’équipe Marketing Footwear et contribue directement à l’évolution de la gamme Sportstyle. Votre rôle sous la responsabilité du Product Line Manager comprend les tâches suivantes:
- Réaliser des études de marché et veille concurrentielle
- Contribuer aux recherches de tendances (style, matières, couleurs, etc.)
- Assister à la création de briefs produit
- Organiser des focus groupe et des rencontres consommateurs
- Participer aux rencontres hebdomadaires entre le marketing, design, et développement
- Gérer les envois d’échantillons auprès de collaborateurs, médias, filiales et autres
- Assister l’équipe de vente lors des saisons de ventes
- Élaborer une base de données clients
- Assurer la liaison entre l’équipe marketing footwear et communication pour les projets sportstyle
- Faire un suivi des campagnes de lancements auprès de médias et détaillants
- Organiser des Press Days
- Promouvoir le projet sportstyle au sein de l’Annecy Design Center
- Faire un suivi rigoureux des échantillons et de leur stockage
- Faire des recommandations à l'équipe sportstyle en fonction de vos analyses.
