Arrow Entreprise Computing Solutions, division du Groupe Arrow Electronics (16 500 collaborateurs répartis sur 58 pays, CA + $29 Mds), fournit aux professionnels de l'informatique (sociétés de services, éditeurs et intégrateurs) des solutions technologiques globales associées à des offres de formation et de services, dans 5 segments principaux : les serveurs, le stockage et la virtualisation, réseaux et sécurité, logiciels d'infrastructure et les solutions Cloud.

Dans le cadre de sa croissance, ARROW ECS France renforce ses équipes et recherche un:
**Account Development Representative (H/F) - VWWare Cloud**

En tant qu'
**Account Development Representative**, vous allez rejoindre l'équipe commerciale basée à Paris (Courbevoie), composée de commerciaux sédentaires et de Business Developers. Votre mission consistera à recruter de nouveaux partenaires et assurer les nouvelles opportunités de ventes.

**Parmi vos responsabilités, vous allez retrouver aussi**:

- Etablir les cotations, répondre aux appels des clients, leur donner des informations sur les prix et les produits
- Assurer le coté opérationnel des ventes
- Garantir un suivi des affaires auprès de nos partenaires sur les affaires en cours
- Répondre aux interrogations des partenaires sur des sujets divers (certifications, niveau de partenariat, compréhension du pricing, post sales,...)
- Travailler en binôme avec les Business Developers
- Développer une excellente connaissance des produits et des solutions du coté éditeur et Arrow (participation à des formations/séminaires/webinars organisés par l'éditeur ou/et Arrow)

**Votre profil**:

- Issu(e) d'une formation de type Bac+3 ou Ecole de Commerce, vous avez effectué au moins 2 ans de stages ou alternance en entreprise dans le même type de poste, et/ou vous justifiez déjà d'une expérience réussie sur un poste similaire, idéalement dans le même secteur d'activité (ventes IT)
- Doté(e) d'un bon sens relationnel, rigoureux et autonome, vous souhaitez vous investir au sein d'une entreprise dynamique
- Véritable âme de chasseur(se), vous aimez la prospection et le contact avec le client
- Vous disposez d'une très bonne élocution, d'un sens de l'écoute, d'une réelle capacité à convaincre et d'une réelle aisance téléphonique
- Connaissance d'outils de CRM serait un atout
- Niveau au moins communicatif en anglais
