Le service Achat recherche un(e) Key Category Lead Buyer Mécanique.
**La finalité de la fonction**:
Manager la stratégie de sa famille d’achats au niveau du Groupe en identifiant, sélectionnant et développant les fournisseurs les plus performants. Répondre aux différents besoins et attentes des entités et plateformes du Groupe EFI en termes de pérennité, d’innovation, de compétitivité, de réactivité et de performances opérationnelles dans le respect de notre politique Achats et des exigences légales.
**Les missions** : *
**Définir et déployer la stratégie des Achats et sélectionner les fournisseurs Groupe**:

- PROPOSER DES STRATÉGIES D’ACHAT POUR LES « CATÉGORIES » GROUPE DONT IL A LA CHARGE, AFIN DE RÉPONDRE AUX PROBLÉMATIQUES DES DIFFÉRENTES ENTITÉS ET PLATEFORMES EFI.
- COMMUNIQUER, DÉPLOYER ET ANIMER CES STRATÉGIES APRÈS VALIDATION DE LA DIRECTION EFI.
- PROSPECTER LE MARCHÉ MONDIAL DES COMMODITÉS/ CATÉGORIES SOUS SA RESPONSABILITÉ ET PARTAGER LES INFORMATIONS TECHNIQUES ET ÉCONOMIQUES RÉCOLTÉES AVEC LES DIFFÉRENTS INTERLOCUTEURS MÉTIERS.
- PILOTER ET ÉVALUER LES FOURNISSEURS (SUPPLIER RELATIONSHIP MANAGEMENT) POUR D’ATTEINDRE LES OBJECTIFS DE PERFORMANCE ET LES POSITIONNER DANS UNE DÉMARCHE D’AMÉLIORATION CONTINUE.

**Négocier et améliorer la compétitivité**:

- GÉRER LES APPELS D’OFFRES ET CONSULTATIONS.
- VISER L’OPTIMISATION DU COÛT COMPLET D’ACQUISITION (TCO), EN PARTICULIER:

- RÉDUIRE LES COÛTS D’ACHATS PAR LA NÉGOCIATION ET LES PROPOSITIONS D’AMÉLIORATIONS TECHNIQUES ÉMANANT DES FOURNISSEURS EUX-MÊMES ET / OU DE GROUPES DE TRAVAIL INTERNES.
- RÉDUIRE LES COÛTS ANNEXES LIÉS À LA PRESTATION ACHETÉE.
- NÉGOCIER POUR LE GROUPE LES MEILLEURES CONDITIONS D’ACHAT AVEC LES INTERLOCUTEURS AYANT LE NIVEAU DE RESPONSABILITÉ APPROPRIÉ CHEZ NOS FOURNISSEURS : DIRECTIONS GÉNÉRALES, COMMERCIALES, ETC

**Formaliser les contrats et/ou accords**:

- PRÉPARER LES ACCORDS CONTRACTUELS GROUPE GARANTISSANT UNE RELATION À LONG TERME.
- ELABORER ET/OU SUPERVISER LES CONTRATS D’ACHATS (NOMINATION LETTERS, COMMANDES, ).

**Agir de manière concertée avec les équipes Achats régionales pour une déclinaison locale efficace et appropriée de la stratégie Achat du portefeuille**:

- APPORTER SON SUPPORT À L’ENSEMBLE DES SITES DU GROUPE EN TANT QU’EXPERT DE LA FONCTION ACHATS INDIRECT, PILOTE DE LA RELATION FOURNISSEURS ET COORDINATEUR DES ACTIONS ACHATS DANS LES PROJETS.
- EN CAS DE LITIGE, MANAGER LE PROCESSUS D’ESCALADE VERS LES DIRECTIONS DES FOURNISSEURS GROUPE.

**Formation et/ou Expérience** : *Etudes supérieures techniques ou commerciales bac+ 5 minimum avec spécialisation Achats. Expériences : 5 ans minimum sur un poste similaire, acheteur dans le domaine industriel, grande série (automobile de préférence) dans un environnement international.
