**Role Title: Administrative Assistant**
**Location: Paris**

**As an Administrative Assistant III your main responsibilities will involve**:
- Diary management, including organizing internal/external meetings
- Arranging conference calls and video conferences internally and externally
- Booking and making all necessary arrangements for business travel
- Handling expenses using Concur and Ariba systems
- Filing call reports on a weekly basis using Insight
- Completing i-Track (CRM tool) on a weekly basis
- Pre-empting and highlighting to the Business Manager out of policy expenses
- Ensuring relevant Deal Related Expenses (DRE) are captured
- Managing banker time and attendance on a monthly basis
- Establishing professional and effective communication at all levels
- Managing professional responses to telephone calls, taking ownership of queries
- Developing knowledge of banker’s clients, transactions, and specific individuals
**The Team**
- The Global Corporate and Investment Banking team counts 100+ bankers and keeps growing
- You will support bankers across seniority who cover both the French market as well as in EMEA across industries and products
**As an Administrative Assistant III your skills/competencies would include**:
- Experience in managing workload and prioritizing in a fast-paced
- Proactive style and ability to work independently and as a team player
- Ability to manage expectations and work in a demanding environment
- Excellent communication skills at all levels - written and verbal
- Confidence at dealing with people of all levels both internally and externally
- Good PC skills including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
- Capable of multitasking
- Accurate typing - approx. 50 wpm
- Flexible approach to overtime and out of hours working patterns
- Mature, calm and professional attitude at all times
- Accuracy and numeracy
- Excellent organizational skills
- Fluency in both French and English
