Maintenance Coordinator
Job description:
Reporting to the Maintenance Manager, within the Store Design Planning Department, the Maintenance Coordinator is responsible for managing all the technical and operational activities of Boucheron Flagship Store in Place Vendome in Paris and support Maintenance EMEA activities.
Responsabilities:
- Organize the daily activities and supervise the external providers to ensure the completion of work and the best level of service for people and building.
- Manage and control hard and soft services (e.g., technical equipment maintenance, cleaning), minor repairs and restyling.
- Maintain continuous update and communication with Hospitality, Retail Operation, Store Director, Contractors, and Landlord.
Maintenance Flagship Vendome
- Work closely with the Maintenance Manager to draw up and execute the annual maintenance plan to ensure preventive and corrective maintenance and support the proper review of agreements and technical specifications.
- Communicate directly with service providers and maintenance contractors to assign tasks, control day-to-day operations, repairing and other projects required to ensure excellent service levels.
- Coordinate the logistics necessary to plan and execute meetings and various types of internal events.
- Planning and coordination of interventions, minor repairs, refresh, and upgrade works.
- Participate in sustainability and environmental impact reduction projects in collaboration with Kering Group.
- Manage budget estimation and cost control for Opex and Capex expenses, invoices, and purchase orders.
Maintenance EMEA and tool
- Assist in the set-up and follow-up of internal processes and projects (e.g., Maintenance software).
- Training Sales Teams and managing the relations with the Store Managers to collect and list the need of improvement in detail and in general
- Identify, manage, and monitor KPIs and SLAs of maintenance and service contracts.
- Collaborate, as needed, with various departments to ensure high quality of intervention and timely project completion.
Profile:
Technical skills / abilities:
- Required experience: 3+ years, ideally in Maintenance or Facility Management inside luxury retail
- Education: Architecture/Engineering master’s degree
- Good technical skills
- Computer skills: Excel, Office package and AutoCAD
Soft skills / abilities:
- Communication skills
- Problem solving and working by priorities
- Maximum attention to detail, image, and internal customers
- Proactive and highly organized
- Able to work independently, but also collaboratively with cross functional teams
Languages:
French and English perfectly written and spoken.

Rattaché(e) au Responsable Maintenance, au sein du Département Store Design Planning, le(la) Coordinateur(trice) Maintenance est chargé(e) de gérer l'ensemble des activités techniques et opérationnelles du Flagship Boucheron de la Place Vendôme à Paris et de soutenir les activités de Maintenance EMEA.
Responsabilités:
- Organiser les activités quotidiennes et superviser les prestataires externes pour assurer la réalisation des travaux et le meilleur niveau de service pour les personnes et le bâtiment.
- Vous êtes en charge de la gestion et du contrôle des services matériels et immatériels (par exemple, la maintenance des équipements techniques, le nettoyage), des réparations mineures et de la remise en état.
- Maintenir une mise à jour et une communication continues avec l'hôtellerie, les opérations de vente au détail, le directeur du magasin, les entrepreneurs et le propriétaire.
Maintenance du Flagship Vendôme
- Travailler en étroite collaboration avec le responsable de la maintenance pour établir et exécuter le plan de maintenance annuel afin d'assurer la maintenance préventive et corrective et de soutenir l'examen approprié des accords et des spécifications techniques.
