**MISSION**
Vous assurez le suivi comptable, le recouvrement et la gestion du risque client. Vous contribuez à l’établissement du reporting mensuel.
**ACTIVITES**
- Ouvrir les comptes clients et définir la solvabilité des clients (assurance-crédit)
- Enregistrer les paiements (virements, chèques et traites) et lettrer les comptes clients
- Gérer les reportings inter-compagnies clients
- Analyser les commandes bloquées et les traiter
- Suivre les tableaux de bord des retards de paiement
- Réaliser les relances clients écrites et téléphoniques
- Gérer l’assurance-crédit
- Répondre aux demandes quotidiennes des clients, des commerciaux
- Traiter et suivre les dossiers de contentieux
**FORMATION ET EXPERIENCE PROFESSIONNELLE**
DUT Gestion des Entreprises et des Administrations ou BTS Comptabilité
3 à 5 années d’expérience dans un poste similaire, idéalement en industrie
Maîtrise des outils bureautiques (Excel, Word)
Anglais opérationnel (écrit + oral)
