**About the role**:

- Providing a technical solution that meets customer expectations on projects assigned to him/her or on which he/she works as a teamPlease be aware that this is a **1 year fixed-term contract.**

**Key responsibilities**:

- Ensure accurate and timely delivery to customers.
- Play a role as a technical contact for customer to drive consistency and to improve service quality.
- Coordinate response to customer requirements for technical documentation, projects, and trials.
- Connect and execute with other internal departments to achieve the best technical solutions.
- Remain aware of all health and safety issues relevant to the position
- Coordinate the raw materials sourcing and consumable supply in the lab.
- To support Application Manager when required and to keep him/her informed in relevant project progress and challenges.

**Qualifications and skills**:

- Bachelor’s degree of Science in Food Science and Technology or similar science background
- Fluency in English and French
- Experience and knowledge of the food industry,
