**Local Program Manager**
**(Remote)**
- Full time, France_
In this role, you will coordinate and manage travel projects and initiatives with Global clients. You manage all aspects of your assigned client portfolio which includes client retention, contract negotiation, implementation, and business consolidation, and establishing relationships with guidance from your local management.
**As a Local Program Manager, you will**
- Establish and maintain relationships with clients
- Demonstrate and communicate the value that BCD Travel provides to the client
- Develop Business Plans, implement key deliverables, measure results
- Increase revenues by means of Up-Selling and Cross-Selling
- Create and manage budgets and financials (including billing, payment & profitability)
- Support the negotiation of client contract terms and manage all contractual terms
**About You**
- Extensive experience within the travel industry as an agent or in other (ideally client facing) roles
- Knowledge of English and French
- Effective communication skills
- Good analytical skills; ability to understand and interpret financial data
