Position description

**Posting title**:

**Job description**:

- Support the activity of problem solving and in-depth characterization of failure modes and failure mechanisms for complex reliability cases on BE and FE/BE compatibility area
- Drive specific activities of analysis and improvement on major reliability detractors, at technology and product level, in strict cooperation with product group, R&D and manufacturing organizations
- Assure cross fertilization of best reliability risk prevention practices across all ST organizations

**Profile**:

- Master's degree in Physics, Chemistry, Engineering, or a related quantitative field.
- Strong knowledge on F/E and B/E processes and CPI (FE/BE compatibility), reliability physics and product development process
- Experience in product failure analysis and knowledge of key failure modes and mechanisms
- Consolidated skills in problem solving and on management of cross-functional teams
- Excellent written communication skills, including technical documentation
Strong collaboration skills with diverse teams and executive management
- Self-starter who can work as part of large functional teams and remain motivated in a dynamic environment
