**POURQUOI UN POSTE DE PMO RSE ?**
Engagé sur une feuille de route RSE ambitieuse du plan 2025, le groupe Manitou renforce sa démarche et intègre la CSRD dans le reporting de nos activités. La mise en œuvre de cette norme est une opportunité pour renforcer la performance globale de l’entreprise, et plus particulièrement sa gouvernance et son business model.
Vous serez en lien avec la Directrice RSE Groupe, sur le site d’Ancenis au siège, dans une équipe de 4 personnes et en lien étroit avec la direction financière qui sera impliquée sur la fiabilisation des données exploitées.
Pour supporter l’organisation de ce programme majeur, **nous recherchons un.e PMO dynamique et expérimenté.e **pour **accompagner l’équipe projet **à mettre en œuvre la directive européenne sur le reporting de durabilité d'entreprise (CSRD) et à améliorer la qualité de notre reporting de durabilité.
Vous jouerez un rôle clé en coordonnant l’organisation du processus de mise en œuvre de la CSRD.
Actuellement, 11 groupes de travail sont impliqués sur 11 enjeux de durabilité (par ex: droit humain, sécurité des personnes, carbone, etc ). Vous aiderez les équipes impliquées à avancer dans le projet, en fluidifiant les échanges et en alertant la Direction sur les éventuels risques (implication des équipes, respect des délais, etc ).
**VOS MISSIONS**
Participer à construire la feuille de route du chantier et les sous chantiers à décliner (collecte de données, construction du rapport, formation des équipes)
Coordonner transversalement les contributeurs clés du projet (RSE, DSI, DRH, DR, DI, DF, MNV, MAP ): planification et organisation, animation d’instances, évènements, etc
Organiser et suivre le bon déroulement du projet (objectif, moyens et organisation)
Accompagner les métiers tout au long du projet, être le relais entre les différents acteurs du projets
Contribuer à la conduite du changement en proposant des méthodologies
Remonter et suivre les risques et les alertes dans le déroulement des projets
**PROFIL**
Vous êtes diplômé(e) d’une formation Bac +5 en Ecole d'Ingénieur, Ecole de Commerce ou Université, vous justifiez de minimum 8 ans d’expérience professionnelle dont au moins une expérience significative dans la mise en place de projet complexe, avec de réelles méthodologies. Vous maîtrisez la gestion de projet (méthode cycle en V et méthode agile)
Vous possédez de bonnes capacités rédactionnelles et de communication orale (rédaction des supports, animation d’atelier et de comité de suivi)
Vous savez travailler de manière autonome, rigoureuse et organisée
Un très bon niveau d’anglais
Vous avez une bonne connaissance des métiers de la finance et de la RSE et une appétence pour les sujets liés à la durabilité
