Notre client est une start up en très forte évolution et nous recherchons son prochain **BUSINESS & FINANCE OPERATIONS MANAGER - FRANCE**
**Management**
- Interlocuteur principal auprès des parties prenantes de l'entreprise, des auditeurs internes et externes, des avocats, des banques, des clients, des distributeurs.
- Assurer la conformité financière globale aux exigences réglementaires applicables à l'entreprise en pleine croissance en collaboration avec l'équipe Conformité.
- Piloter des projets et des initiatives d'opérations commerciales en interne en collaborant avec les principales parties prenantes internes dans les domaines des produits, des opérations, des finances et du support client.
- Contribution aux activités des opérations commerciales, y compris le reporting des activités CRM, l'analyse et la mesure des performances par rapport aux KPI définis
- Principalement responsable des finances et des tâches administratives/informatiques au niveau local.
- Piloter des rapports, des analyses et des mesures de performances d'importance stratégique par rapport aux KPI définis
- Support principal dans les projets internationaux (ERP, Concur...).
**Forecast, Planning & Analysis**
- Manage the preparation of the company's Budget/Forecast/LRP/LEs in conjunction with other company departments.
- Management report/headquarter on variances from the established Budget/Forecast/LRP/LEs, and the reasons for those variances.
- Assist management/ headquarter in the formulation of its overall strategic direction.
- Review the performance of competitors and report on key issues to headquarter.
- Engage in benchmarking studies to establish areas of operational improvement.
- Overview the sales activity monitoring the invoicing process and sales analytics.
**Business Partnering
- Gérer la préparation du Budget/Prévisions de l'entreprise en collaboration avec les autres services
- Rapport de gestion/siège sur les écarts par rapport au budget/prévisions établis, et les raisons de ces écarts.
- Aider la direction/le siège social dans la formulation de son orientation stratégique globale.
- Examiner les performances des concurrents
- S'engager dans des études comparatives pour établir les domaines d'amélioration opérationnelle.
- Aperçu de l'activité de vente en surveillant le processus de facturation et l'analyse des ventes.
**ABILITIES NEEDED FOR SUCCESS**
- Expérience et compréhension des entreprises à croissance rapide. Une expérience en start-up sera considérée comme un plus, ainsi qu'une expérience en biotechnologie.
- D'excellentes compétences en communication sont essentielles, notamment en ce qui concerne la présentation des résultats des analyses à la direction.
- La maîtrise de l'anglais est indispensable ; d'autres langues européennes seront un plus.
- Excellente capacité à travailler en équipe, de manière inter fonctionnelle et en autonomie.
- À l'aise dans un environnement dynamique et stimulant où les décisions que vous prenez auront un impact important.
- Ouvert à un nouveau défi consistant à mettre en place un acteur important dans le domaine très innovant, doté d'un esprit entrepreneurial
