**Our Group**

**O'TACOS CORPORATION** is an affiliate of QSR Platform (the “Group” or “QSRP”) a quick service restaurant platform dedicated to delivering great customer food experiences through our ca. 1,000 restaurants and ca. 6,000 own employees in 7 key European countries. Our brands include
**Burger King**, an international chain of hamburger fast food restaurants for which QSRP owns the Master Franchise in Italy, Belgium and Luxembourg and operates restaurants in Poland;
**Quick**, an originally-Belgian chain of hamburger fast food restaurants in Belgium and Luxembourg;
**NORDSEE**, the leading seafood restaurant chain in Germany and Austria with a growing international footprint; and
**O’Tacos**, a digitally-focused native halal restaurant chain serving ‘Original French Tacos’.

- Our Group has offices in Paris, Milan, Brussels, Antwerp, Bremerhaven, Vienna and Warsaw.

**Program Overview**

The program has a duration of 18 to 24 months, which will include in-restaurant training and 2 to 3 rotations among different business areas and/or countries.
- Throughout the program, you will be exposed to the leaders of our business and have unparalleled networking opportunities both with them and other graduates & team members. You will gain a broad view of our business from outside your initial area of expertise which will help you grow and develop project management and leadership skills.

You will be assigned a mentor, who will coach you personally. Through systematic, quality feedback, you will achieve self-insight (strengths/weaknesses) and improve your self-management in order to achieve your goals.
- Upon successful completion of the program, you will be placed in a select role within one of our business units based on your preferences and our needs. The opportunities include: Supply Chain, Finance, Human Resources, Marketing, Information Technology, Operations and Development.

Education and Professional Experience:

- Master’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Economics or Hospitality Management preferred
- Minimum 1 year of work experience
- Fluent in English and French, other European languages highly recommended
- Proficiency in Excel is required, experience with reporting tools (BI) is preferred
- Strong analytical skills and an eye for detail
- Excellent project management skills, result-oriented and ability to think out-of-the-box

Personal Requirements:

- Available to start in full-time employment / valid EU work permit is mandatory
- Willing and able to travel and internationally mobile
- Able to analyze strategic concepts, understand business strategy
- Able to work independently, resourceful and solution-oriented
- Strong communication skills, ability to connect with multiple stakeholders across different departments and countries/cultures
