Il s'agit d'une excellente opportunité pour rejoindre Edwards, membre du groupe Atlas Copco, en tant que « Onsite Service Engineer » basé sur un de nos sites client à Grenoble. Le poste relève du Service Manager, France - Semiconductor et le titulaire du poste fera partie d'une équipe plus large qui couvre la région EMEA.
En tant qu’Onsite Service Engineer, vous serez situé à une distance raisonnable du site client, et idéalement dans la région grenobloise.
**Le rôle**
La mission du Onsite Service Engineer est de fournir une assistance dans les activités opérationnelles clés, notamment l'installation, la mise en service, la maintenance et le dépannage des produits Edwards. Les principaux domaines d'intervention seront la sécurité et la qualité, tout en maintenant la satisfaction du client.
**Principales responsabilités**
- Entreprendre toutes les activités de maintenance (y compris l'installation et la mise en service) des produits Edwards conformément aux normes mondiales Edwards, tout en garantissant la satisfaction du client.
- Effectuer les principales activités de service sur les sites des clients, en mettant fortement l'accent sur la satisfaction de la clientèle.
- Effectue la recherche de pannes et l'assistance au dépannage afin de résoudre ou de faire remonter les problèmes dans les délais contractuels convenus, afin de répondre aux attentes des clients.
- Mener toutes les activités de service sur le terrain dans le respect des réglementations, politiques et procédures applicables pour s'assurer que les obligations organisationnelles, de sécurité et de santé sont respectées. Les éléments de contrôle des risques couvrant tous les aspects pertinents du rôle de service sur le terrain doivent toujours être respectés.
- Fournir des commentaires détaillés et précis sur les activités.
- Rédiger des rapports clairs et concis à soumettre au responsable hiérarchique et/ou au support technique pour permettre de prendre des décisions éclairées afin de résoudre les problèmes sur les produits.
- Utiliser les processus et les plates-formes d'exploitation Edwards pour capturer avec précision les informations relatives au service, tout en respectant le périmètre de responsabilité de la création des notifications et des commandes de service sur le terrain.
**Compétences, connaissances et expériences**
- Forte orientation client pour garantir les solutions livrées, répondre aux attentes des clients et aux délais, tout en travaillant en alignement avec les stratégies et les processus d'Edwards
- Rechercher proactivement les retours des clients et poser des questions pour comprendre les activités des clients
- Capacité à partager l'expertise et les connaissances techniques afin de soutenir les membres de l'équipe moins expérimentés
- Faire preuve d’autonomie dans un environnement de travail dynamique et exigeant
- Collaborer et soutenir les membres de l'équipe pour atteindre les objectifs de l'entreprise
- Se conformer à toutes les lois, politiques et normes applicables pour garantir le respect des obligations organisationnelles, de sécurité et de santé
- Bonnes compétences en communication. Une très bonne maîtrise de l'anglais écrit et parlé est préférable.
- Capable d'utiliser un logiciel informatique pour enregistrer des données et rédiger des rapports
- Capacité à comprendre et interpréter la documentation technique pertinente au travail, par ex. Schémas électriques, P&IDS et dessins mécaniques
- Diplôme universitaire ou qualification dans une discipline électrique, électromécanique ou électronique (avec une préférence pour l'électricité/électronique)
- Minimum de 2 ans d'expérience en service sur le terrain dans un secteur pertinent ou connexe, idéalement en contact avec la clientèle
