Pedagogical Coordinator

**Pedagogical Coordinator & Qualified Native English Educator for After-school.**

The Garden Academy is recruiting a qualified English Teacher for our After-school Program (3-10 year old kids) and a pedagogical coordinator. (American curriculum)

As a leader, you are able to lead our team of Native English Teachers by having significant experience in this position & a high vision of education.

Opened in 2016, The Garden Academy (75015, 75007, 75005) is a private academy that invites children to engage in after-school activities that encourage a large range of disciplines with the goal of learning English at a young age for French nationals, and encouraging integration for expatriate families. It is a place where education meets discovery through experimentation, play, and children’s natural initiative. We believe in the development of a physiological lifestyle in balance with children’s personal development and their environment through language and culture.

As a Teacher and Pedagogical coordinator at The Garden Academy, you will work with groups of 8/10 children ages 3 - 10 to teach them English through various activities such as art, music, S.T.E.M., drama, sports etc.

You will be in charge of hiring, leading and training our After-school team.
- Excellent pedagogical skills, flexibility, and cheerfulness.
- Enjoys the school atmosphere and loves working with children.
- Bilingual English (native) & French, other languages are a plus.
- Enthusiastic about our project and strongly believe in positive education.
- Great sense of teamwork and flexible.
- Based in Paris.
- Possess a working visa or European Union papers.
- Educational background: CAP petite enfance, TOFEL, TEFL, or Masters in Education, BAFA, BPJEPS
- Experience: minimum five year in a similar position
