Want to join a fast-moving company, work among convivial teams and be part of our global procurement center of excellence? We are looking for a Supplier Risk Management Expert You will be based at The Island, our office in central Paris.

As the Supplier Risk Management Expert, you lead, follow-up and support the implementation of the company commitments, operational framework and tools for Responsible Procurement and the global perimeter of supplier risk management with internal and external Pernod Ricard stakeholders.

Your key missions:
Drive Pernod Ricard Supplier Risk Management process for the Group
- Sustain a vision on Supplier Risk Management for all regions that is aligned with the global Sustainability & Responsibility and the Procurement CoE strategies
- Lead the roll-out of the new supplier risk management operating model with the support of internal stakeholders
- Responsible for the suppliers' Risk Mapping Process and Due Diligence via the evaluation & audit process with external auditing third-party agencies for target purchasing categories
- Work in collaboration with global Category Managers and local buyers to implement the operational framework, through guidance in the integration of key elements of the program into their daily work
- Be the key point of contact with central Sustainability & Responsibility team and related governance: ensure a constant dialogue is maintained with internal partners on Responsible Procurement

Engage with key stakeholders on Supplier Risk Management principles
- Continue progress on Responsible Procurement capability building program (training) and training material for buyers, non-buyers and suppliers
- Build advocacy by engaging with internal stakeholders to ensure best practices are adopted, embedded into their ways of working and blocking points are resolved
- Explore trends, benchmark within the industry by connecting regularly with external stakeholders (NGOs, certification bodies, government organizations) against Pernod Ricard Supplier Risk Management program throughout supply chains in each spend category

Digitalization of Supplier Due Diligence process
- Identify needs of process optimization of the Supplier Due Diligence eco-system (e.g. risk mapping, questionnaires, data integrations) and coordinate their implementation
- Connect with other procurement projects to maintain a common approach on supplier management

Contribute and drive some procurement transversal projects
- Coordinate the Procurement training program (iGrow Procure)
- Animate the Procurement community

Management: management of an analyst (Supplier Risk analyst) supporting the manager’s tasks daily (reporting, responsible procurement process performance reviews, EcoVadis campaigns follow-up).

Indicators of success: Full deployment of the supplier due diligence project, increase of buyers engagement in the process (through suppliers’ assessment, participation with EcoVadis, reporting response rate)

If you recognize yourself in the description below, don’t wait to apply
- Experience on Sustainability and Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) in Procurement, supplier risk management, around 5 years' experience
- Strong analytical skills on ESG risks, evaluation/audit results, confident in MS PowerPoint and Excel, strong communication skills
- Fluent in English
- Familiar with the following tools: EcoVadis, Supplier Relationship Management tools (SRM), Sedex, Office Pack, Power BI
