Automotive Cells Company (ACC) est une co-entreprise créée à l'été 2020 par **Saft-Total**, le **Groupe PSA et Opel** (devenus **Stellantis** depuis)et **Mercedes-Benz**. Notre ambition est de produire des batteries au meilleur niveau technologique tout en rendant la mobilité électrique accessible au plus grand nombre.

Pour donner vie à cette ambition, à la fois pour notre centre de R&D et notre ligne test en Nouvelle Aquitaine, mais aussi pour nos gigafactories dans les Hauts de France et en Allemagne nous recherchons des personnes **compétentes et agiles**, notamment dans les domaines aussi diverses et variés que la R&D, l'industrialisation, la conception mécanique, les tests/prototypageset toute autre fonction d'une entreprise en pleine construction.

**Description du poste**:
Responsable de la définition du processus manufacturing dans les nouveaux projets produits sur le périmètre du traitement électrique ( electrolyte fillig, helium leak test, laser welding, formation, grading, aging )

Tes Missions Principales en tant que Customer Project Process Engineer seront les suivantes:

- Définir avec les équipes produit Process & Manufacturing engineering le meilleur design de la partie traitement électrique de fabrication d'un Pack batterie pour l'automobile afin de répondre le plus efficacement possible aux objectifs qualités, coûts et délais du projet.
- Définir les compromis entre les besoins produit et le process de fabrication pour en assurer l'industrialisation dans les gigafactories et ses contraintes.
- Répresenter le service Métier traitement électrique dans le projet client.
- Travailler en équipe avec les différents services afin de converger sur les exigences des projets clients.
- Piloter les l'ensemble des livrables du PLM process & manufacturing ( Bill of Material (MBOM), la Bill of Process (BOP), les Work Instructions, AMDEC process )

**Profil recherché**:
**Know How**
- Capacité d'analyser les spécifications techniques et d'y répondre avec des solutions industrielles répondant aux objectifs QCDP du projet client dans un délai limité.
- Solides connaissances techniques et expérience dans les installations et les processus de production de masse ainsi que dans le développement d'outillages complexes.
- Capacité à présenter des sujets ou des exigences complexes de manière simple et claire.

**Expérience**
- Management de projet
- Expérience en procédé et en production
- Minimum 5 ans d'ancienneté dans ces fonctions

**Qualification**
- Ecole d'ingénieur électrique, chimique ou mécanique ou similaire
- Maitrise de l'anglais technique parlé et écrit
