We are seeking for an Energy Manager based in Clamart (92).

The main objective of the job is to propose solutions to reduce energy consumption and lead the Group's energy transition in order to optimize the ecological footprint.

**Missions**:

- Analyzes the Group and the sites energy consumption and expenses
- Contributes to the coordination of the Group's CSR strategy
- Manage CSR reporting
- Response to extra financial assesment questionnaires (ecovadis)
- Participate in the drafting of institutional CSR report
- Proposes an energy optimization strategy and shares it with the various departments (Manufacturing, Finance, Purchasing)
- Coordinates the deployment of action plans on the sites, in relation with the BUs, and sets up the associated KPIs
- Contributes, in relation with Purchasing, to the renegotiation and optimization of energy costs with suppliers
- Proposes and deploys a strategy to reduce the Group's carbon footprint

**QUALIFICATIONS**:

- Engineering degree
- 10 years of experience in energy efficiency and environment policy tools
- Knowledge of automotive industry is a plus
- Fluency in French and in English
- Planning/project management skills
- Strong interpersonal skills ; ability to develop/maintain productive business relationships and cooperate in multifunctional and multicultural environments
