**MISSIONS**

En lien direct avec le COO, votre rôle sera principalement de prendre la responsabilité du produit Crédit.
Vos missions:

- Prendre en charge la responsabilité du produit crédit et développer une vision stratégique pour son évolution
- Mettre en place une culture de la recherche utilisateurs (user research) pour mieux comprendre les besoins clients et améliorer le produit
- Travailler en étroite collaboration avec l'équipe technique pour mener le refactoring de la plateforme la première année
- Encadrer une équipe de 10 personnes environ, comprenant des profils UX, PM et Product Marketing
- Faire évoluer les process et méthodologies en interne pour faire adopter une démarche user-centric
- Collaborer avec le COO pour définir la roadmap produit et participer à l'évolution de la stratégie go-to-market

**PROFIL RECHERCHÉ**

**Formation et parcours**
- Formation Bac+5 (Ecole de commerce, Ecole d’ingénieur ou équivalent universitaire)

**Hard skills**
- Minimum de 5 à 10 années d'expérience en tant que Product Manager
- Expérience solide en gestion de produits B2B SaaS, de préférence avec une cible Enterprise
- Connaissance du secteur de l'assurance (un plus, mais non obligatoire)
- Connaissance et expérience en User Research
- Approche Business, compétences en Product Marketing appréciées
- Expérience en management d'équipe de minimum 5 personnes

- Capacité à prendre des décisions assertives et à agir rapidement
- Orientation vers l'action, énergie communicative
- Bon communiquant
