VOTRE EQUIPE
Vous évoluerez au quotidien au sein d'un collectif Strasbourgeois, composé de talents variés et d’experts sur l’ensemble des domaines technologiques impactés par la transformation des systèmes d’information. Notre collectif est actif et compétent sur les innovations technologiques et l’usage de ces technologies tout en restant focalisé sur les défis métier, environnementaux et sociétaux rencontrés par nos clients.
A leurs côtés, vous intégrerez des projets de transformation bout en bout. Vous pourrez mettre à l'épreuve la production de conceptions et d’analyses d’architectures alignées avec la stratégie de nos clients.
VOTRE METIER AU SEIN DE L’ENTREPRISE
La communauté architecture cherche à se renforcer sur son expertise architecture solution.
En tant qu’architecte solution, vous interviendrez en mission auprès de nos clients, en équipe, pour apporter votre expertise et votre méthodologie d’architecture. Nos architectes solutions interviennent sur des missions d’analyse en étude amont (diagnostic, cadrage, stratégie), en phase de conception pour accompagner la construction d’un produit ou d’un programme de transformation, ainsi que dans la phase de déploiement de nos propositions.
Onepoint a la capacité d’intervenir et de proposer des dispositifs avec de multiples expertises pour répondre aux besoins de nos clients. Vous serez amené.e à collaborer avec ces différents pôles de compétences pour co-construire nos projets et confronter nos convictions d’architecture.
VOTRE PARCOURS CHEZ ONEPOINT
Les premiers jours
- Rencontrer votre référent.e et les équipes en charge de votre suivi ;
- Découvrir la communauté architecture et les talents qui la composent ;
- Participer à des événements de communauté (déjeuner, afterwork, live, retour d’expérience)
Après 3 mois:
Découvrir et partager avec d’autres expertises vos connaissances et compétences ;
- Participer au modèle entrepreneurial de onepoint, et s’impliquer dans notre développement (expertise, business, animation) ;
- Faire grandir et consolider nos convictions technologiques et d’architectures.
Au bout d'1 an:
- Continuer à monter en compétences et expertise via les projets et les formations ;
- Être pleinement partie prenante de notre collectif d’architectes et impliqué.e dans l’orientation de nos expertises ;
- En fonction de votre séniorité et objectifs:
- Manager des collaborateurs ou des équipes, dans le cadre de vos missions et des chantiers transverses ;
- Devenir référent.e d’autres collègues ;
- Développer de nouvelles offres, en lien avec votre expertise ;
- Identifier des opportunités commerciales et développer vos comptes clients
VOS COMPETENCES ET ENVIES
Ce poste est fait pour vous si vous disposez de l’une ou plusieurs des compétences suivantes:
- Autonome en mission, vous êtes capable de synthétiser et challenger un besoin auprès des équipes IT comme métier ;
- En partant de ce besoin, vous avez la capacité de réaliser une étude d’architecture en proposant des scénarios ;
- Vous êtes capable d’accompagner le client dans l’évaluation des scénarios et ainsi permettre une décision ;
- Vous avez une bonne connaissance des architectures Legacy comme modernes, une très bonne culture générale IT sur les systèmes d’échange API et Event, le cloud, la data, les couches de sécurité, le développement applicatif et le devops ;
- Vous pouvez intervenir à différents niveaux d’une organisation pour construire les architectures de demain, tout en étant capable de faire intervenir les experts nécessaires en fonction des sujets ;
- Vous disposez d’une grande qualité de synthèse, d’écoute et de vulgarisation pour vous adapter à nos clients ;
- Vous disposez d’un niveau d’anglais professionnel.

Vous serez amené.e à travailler dans des locaux spacieux et propices aux échanges au pied de la Tour Eiffel, mais également participer aux temps forts de l’entreprise (RDV récurrents, Live mensuel avec le fondateur David Layani, et autres événements informels) qui réunissent nos collaborateurs et rythment la vie des communautés.
