The International Division (InDi) is a **unique & **pivotal area** for future development of Royal Canin/Eukanuba and its mission is to accelerate importers business model transformation in a constellation of countries (120, 80 active) through worldwide creation of Hubs/Spots = local office aimed at developing business done in collaboration with importer/distributor and local RC/EUK teams whose role is dedicated to both supporting the importer activity and managing the brand visibility.

The InDi. team includes demand functions (territory managers, pet pro head) and support functions (finance, VCO, C.A). The team operates through 5 different & **complex business models** : Importers, Business Units (FWI & Reunion), Hubs (Latam, Kenya ), Spots (Egypt, Vietnam ), integration of future B.U. (Peru ). In addition, sourcing of products are scattered around 6 different factories.

The new business model is expected to **deliver a massive increase** of scale in business and resources (from 100m€ to 400m€ and from 42 to 200 associates, at horizon 2030).

**What are we looking for?**:

- 2-years diploma or Bachelor degree in International Management or Supply Chain Management
- 2 years in Administration /Sales services, Supply Chain, Export Customer Service experience or equivalent between supply functions and importing parties.
- APICS (Basics) certification would be a plus
- Familiar with IT systems (ERP, WMS, Pack Office )
- Understanding of sales and marketing activities including merchandising, promotion and product launches
- Strong technical export capabilities: stock management, basics of stock calculation and stock types, incoterms, international transportation, export documentation requirements.
- Fluent in English and French another language can be required
- Ability to flex style in a multicultural environment
- Attention to detail and investigative mindset

**What will be your key responsibilities?**:
**Stock management of the Marketing Tools**
- Executing and follow up the stock entries at the 3PL level & ERP of Royal Canin through IT systems based on acknowledge of receipt and checking compliance towards agreed logistics specifications of Suppliers
- Creating the item cards of Marketing tools in ERP of Royal Canin
- Import of item prices in ERP of Royal Canin
- Attributing quotas to RC importers according to their orders and requests
- Communicating full information to the RC Importers of their stock availability on periodic basis: quantities, items, dates of availability etc
- Ensuring the transfer of all relevant information between the 3PL and Internal services to initiate the outbound process of supply flow
- Providing support to the RC Importers for any enquires arising from the quotes and other issues out of process when applicable
- Coordinating all flows between stakeholders: internal department, external stakeholders such as Suppliers, 3PLs for stock management of process
- Fulfill the role of team Key User for ERP and stock management
- Supporting RC Importers for any topics related to their stock while warranting compliance with internal processes
- Suggesting solutions to optimize stock level in regards of continuous improvement supply principle
- Participating in annual Inventory stock with 3PL and checking stocks levels during random checks to ensure stock levels accuracy and correct them when needed after investigations on discrepancies;
- Being responsible for stock types & level between market’s quotas and others identified stocks (overstock to be distributed, to be destroyed )
- Ensuring the compliance of items in stocks versus qualitative standards defined by global
- Sharing best practices providing mutual support to the team during leaves or activity peaks

**Customer Service follow-up**:

- Checking periodically/quarterly the stock level and reporting it to Area Managers of International Division or/and Finance Team
- Reporting and following up the KPIs performance as required through dashboard follow up
- Sending the minutes of the meeting to all involved parties and taking the actions if assigned on their side
- Seeking for improvement of processes and performance in collaboration with internal services and the regional Manager when points of Continuous improvement has been identified from operations
- Escalading any blocking point, risk or event foreseen that might impact the performance and the flow itself to the right contact within the hub or regionals teams or international division team
- End to End order management (from stock 3PL to the last point of exit of exporting region)
- Receiving RC Importers orders through the different ways of communication implemented by IT, update the orders according to customer instructions during the agreed period for final confirmation.
- Planning loading time depending on planning restrictions as well as loading place availabilities.
- Operating the transportation flows
